Construction of Residential and Commercial Complex including beautification near Burdwan Jail and Development of Collectorate Complex including beautification on
B.O.T.
Basis.
The Burdwan Development Authority is going to
a) Construct a residential and Commercial Complex including
beautification near
Burdwan Jail and
b) Develop and beautify of Collectorate Complex on B.O.T.
basis.
For this purpose Burdwan Development Authority invites
Expression of Interest on these two combined projects
from the interested entrepreneurs being individuals, registered
partnership firms, a company including joint ventures
and reputed project developers having expertise in the
relevant field and financial capacity to invest into
the combined projects.
Burdwan Development Authority may take up the proposed
combined projects including related works under B.O.T.
scheme for a specific period of lease on mutually
agreed terms and conditions, with the selected
firm/firms.
Entrepreneurs desiring to submit the Expression of
Interest may collect information at the following
addresses on any working day
between 11.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs and may submit the Expression of
Interest so as to reach the same address not later than 17.00 hrs on
28th
November,2003.
The Burdwan Development Authority reserves the right
to accept or reject any or all of the offers submitted
by the entrepreneurs without assigning any reason for
it.
